In October 1998, ILF in Poland began its first project – providing technical consulting services for the construction of a compressor station for the Yamal gas pipeline.

At that time, our office was located in a small apartment on Hoża Street in Warsaw, and only a few people worked there. We were exclusively focused on the oil and gas sector.

Today, we operate in four business areas, both in the domestic and international markets. Our portfolio includes over 350 projects, such as the Baltic Beta offshore platform, the Warsaw metro, the Zabrze CHP plant, the Balticconnector gas pipeline and compressor stations, Polimery Police, gas pipelines in Poland (over 2,000 km), and offshore wind farms.

We are a member of ILF Consulting Engineers – an international, fully independent and completely private group of engineering and consulting companies, founded in 1967 in Innsbruck, Austria. Currently, ILF has over 3,700 employees at more than 45 office locations worldwide.

Health & Wellbeing

Co-financing the purchase of glasses

Employees who have been advised by an occupational medicine doctor to use corrective glasses are eligible for reimbursement of the purchase cost, up to PLN 1,000 gross, once every two years.

My Benefit cafeteria platform

The company offers employees access to the MyBenefit cafeteria platform, where they can shop online for products or services with attractive discounts. Within the cafeteria system, employees have individual accounts funded by the company on a monthly basis. Points can be accumulated and used at any time for any purpose. The cafeteria includes cultural, educational, and sports benefits (including the MultiSport card), among others.

MultiSport
The company subsidizes 50% of the cost of an employee’s MultiSport card. Employees using the card receive a top-up to their account reduced by half of the selected card’s value. Additionally, employees may purchase cards independently for family members or partners.

LUXMED medical care

The company provides employees and their families with access to medical care at LuxMed facilities throughout the country.

Voluntary group life insurance

Postgraduate studies funding – The company offers the Employee financial support for postgraduate studies in fields aligned with the Employee’s specialization or future career development plans. Foreign language learning subsidy – The company reimburses the Employee up to PLN 2,400 per year for foreign language learning, based on an invoice or receipt provided by the teaching institution. German language learning program – The company offers Employees free German language lessons. Enrollment in the program takes place twice a year.

The company covers the cost of participation in specialist trainings and conferences selected by the Employee or recommended by their supervisor.

Additional day off to celebrate work anniversary

The company offers Employees an extra day off on their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and 25th work anniversary.

Flexible and comfortable working conditions

Hybrid work option – employees can work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. Flexible working hours – employees may start work between 7 am and 9 am and finish between 3 pm and 5 pm. Early Friday finish – employees may finish work from 1 pm on Fridays, provided 40-hour work week is maintained.
